Originally founded in 1862 as a single public school, the organisation has expanded its portfolio to operate multiple independent schools and educational centres across the region. The group's flagship offering is the historic Clifton College (comprising the Pre-Preparatory, Preparatory, and Upper schools), which is joined by Tockington Manor School, a co-educational independent preparatory school that became part of the group in 2024. Furthermore, the group operates the English Language Centre Bristol, providing year-round tuition to international students. Tockington Manor School is an independent, co-educational day school and nursery for pupils aged 2 to 13.
