Walthamstow Hall is an independent day school for girls aged 2 to 18, located in Sevenoaks, Kent. Established in 1838 to educate the daughters of missionaries, it is one of the oldest schools of its kind in the United Kingdom. The campus combines an Arts and Crafts-inspired main building and Victorian vaulted dining room with modern facilities, including the Ship Theatre and a specialist Sixth Form Centre. The school provides an all-through education that emphasises academic breadth alongside a rich co-curricular programme in sport, music, and the performing arts.

Admission to the school is contingent upon demonstrated academic potential. For entry into Year 7, candidates must complete the ISEB Common Pre-Test, which covers English, mathematics, and both verbal and non-verbal reasoning. This process also includes an interview with senior staff and a report from the student's current school. Year 9 entry involves specific examinations in mathematics, English, and a chosen science subject, alongside an interview. Junior School applicants participate in taster sessions that include written assessments in mathematics and reading comprehension, with admission based on these results and a current school report.
